It doesn't appear that KEN is interested in discussion or in being
cordial. So I've personally had enough.

I suggest that we ignore KEN's posts and not take his bait. If it
would make it easier for you, I suggest that you killfile him. I plan
to. I would unsubscribe him from the list, but I imagine that he'd
just subscribe again under a different address, and I won't play that
kind of futile game.
