Hi my name is _____, and I am a U.S. Citizen.  I am calling with respect
to the Russian citizen Dmitry Sklyarov, who is being held by U.S. law
enforcement.  I have learned that Mr. Sklyarov has not been allowed to
speak with Russian consulars, and as a U.S. citizen, I find this
despicable and cowardly.  I would like to remind the State Department that
this is the same treatment that was given to U.S. citizens by the nation
of Iran in 1979.  Thank you.  Good bye.
