Jitsi Meet might be more in the spirit of UFO as it's open source, and it does 
work well, but from a user standpoint Google Meet may be a little better/
polished than Jitsi Meet.

Meeting online also allows people who wouldn't be able to attend an in-person 
meeting to attend.
