[UFO Chicago] Capture sound from a DVD to ogg/mp3?

ffmpeg, mencoder, mplayer or transcode do the job.

This is off the top of my head (so maybe slightly wrong) but you can  
do something like this also:

mplayer dvd://1 -vo null -ao dump
oggenc audiodump.wav
