[UFO Chicago] Why Does Google Hate Me?

I sometimes look at my Apache logs to see who is connecting to my
website, because I have no life, and every now and then I see someone
reaching my website from a search engine. For example, someone
recently connected to my website from the URL

  http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=unix+classes+chicago

Indeed, when you use Yahoo to search for "unix classes chicago", a
link to my website appears at the very top of the page, almost as high
up as one can go.

Curious, I then asked Google, the dominant search engine, to conduct
the same search -- "unix classes chicago" -- in order to see whether
Google, too, places me at the top of the first page when someone asks
it for unix classes in Chicago. Google, however, does not list me at
all among the results of that search. I know that Google has scanned
my website, because it mentions my website in response to other
searches -- e.g., "unix 'classes and seminars' chicago" -- but it
refuses to mention me unless you give it search terms so specific that
they require prior knowledge of the website contents. Why does Google
hate me? Are they jealous of my good looks?
