Hi --

My wife is doing some work with a not-for-profit. They would like to
upgrade their website from their current situation, where a designer
delivered a bunch of beautiful looking things but no way to update it.
(Surprise! They still don't have a website.)

She thought either Joomla or Drupal seemed like decent candidates.
Are there others she missed?

Her requirements are:
  - free as in beer
  - will work on most major hosting platforms
  - will allow her to create 8-12 pages
  - can be easily updated by someone who does not know HTML

Suggestions?

Our initial thoughts were that Joomla seemed easier to work with and
perhaps more user-friendly than Drupal, but we have littled (and
outdated) experience with either.
