I keep meaning to reply to this....

I suppose it was really only a matter of time.  They did as much as they 
could to alienate customers, and somehow could never get it to work.

And as I've mentioned previously, a Starbucks in going across the street 
where the Thai restaurant was.  I just hope Higher Ground (a nifty cafe 
on Kimball) doesn't close now too.
