It's not the commercials that would bother me, but the DRM.  DRM === Evil.  
Full Stop.  I will not partake of a DRM service.  (Yes, I boycott iTunes on 
the same grounds.)  

If a company wants my business, they can assume I'm a customer rather than a 
criminal.  Otherwise they can get stuffed.

We'll see what AOL/TW decides...
