How far is it really from the Irving Park bus or Addison Blue Line?

There is also a Golden X at Montrose and Lincoln with (I think)
modular tables. This is probably equidistant from Western and Montrose
BL stops. Never actually ate there.

The Golden Nugget Nate mentioned at Lawrence and Ravenswood definitely
has moveable tables. I think Damen BL is probably closest for trainers
and there is a parking lot there for quadropeds.

Nate, et al are definitely right that the Golden Apple really fits the
bill well -- it's a cool place, they serve all manner of beverages and
food, are 24, etc. You sometimes have to drive around a little to find
parking, but I have not felt like it was an undue hardship. The big
downside in my opinion is that it is so far south. But it really is a
very cool place, and definitely worthy of UFO. Maybe we would draw
some new users since we would be more centrally located.

There is also Deluxe Diner at Devon and CLark, which is owned by
Leona's but is more dinery. I don't know if they serve adult
beverages, but they should be pretty close to the Red Line.

There is also the Heartland Cafe, which is near Touhy and Glenwood (I
think)... although parking there does often truly suck.

I also think asking Victoria's to not kick you out until 10:00 is a
viable option... it might be worth hearing what they would say. (It is
ridiculous for you guys to get kicked out at 8:40PM.) It is too bad
that 10:00 is the latest they will stay open, as George's used to stay
open later than that, and even 10:00 seems early to me.

There is also Zephyr Cafe (1777 Wilson) -- they have a full bar and
are Northside and I think are not too far from the train. Open until
midnight. Did anyone mention this option?

Depending on whether Victoria's would make arrangements, I guess I
would lean towards Golden Apple, and then to the Nugget on Lawrence.
(Or Zephyr -- I kind of left that out since no one has discussed it
yet) There is a part of me that wants to stay at Victoria's for
sentimental and patronage reasons, but I dislike the negative issues
there, and further, I recognize that I am not an active member of UFO
by any means.

I just wanted to throw in my two cents.
