I'm getting rid of some computer stuff. Anyone want any of it? I'll be
at the next meeting, or you can pick it up some other time. The stuff:
* A Pentium II computer, a Dell Dimension XPS H266. It's not very fast.
* An S3 PCI video card. Works with Linux. You can install multiple PCI
video cards for multi-head displaying.
* A CD-ROM drive, with a slot instead of a tray, like in a car. Fancy!
* 128 Mb memory, PC133. Maybe it'll fit in that Dell? The person who
takes that computer gets dibs.
* A keytronic serial mouse, with extension cord. It's spiffy, because
it doesn't have a ball. I guess optical mice are as nice, but this has
a classy retro look.
I also have a bunch of Asimov Science Fiction magazines from a couple
years in the 90s. They're small-format magazines of science fiction
short stories.
I also have a couple printer cables, a null modem cable, a serial
adapter (25 pin to 9 pin?), and some weird parallel port webcam. I
don't know if anyone wants those things, but you're certainly free to
have them too. I think I have some PS/2 to AT keyboard converters too,
for anyone who, uh, has an AT connector on their motherboard. And four
bars of memory, the amount and speed of which I have forgotten.
