Hello all you lovely people. As promised, I have emailed.

For those of you who turned up to last Thursday's Do, Hi, I'm Giles, the
Lunatic Brit who decided to turn up to say "hi". For those of you who
weren't there, where the hell were you? You missed out on philosophical
discussions about the whys and wherefores of Debian Wireless Modules, people
only managing to hook up wirelessly through a certain operating system named
after a kind of portal, the coarser points of how to play Mornington
Crescent, and application of the rules to the L, and musings on the apparent
correlation between geekiness quotient and facial hair length. Although
possibly not quite as eloquently as I have described it here.

In case you were wondering, I did manage to find some wireless access in a
cafe not too far from my hostel, only to find that my laptop has had a bit
of a misunderstanding with something, and the power socket is no longer
working, so I've gone to an internet cafe, also conveniently located near
me, instead.

At this point, one would normally put a plug in for one's weblog, but given
that ti appears to be about three or four weeks out of date, this may give
the wrong impression. However, since the meeting with you guys will
eventually make it up there, I could suggest that you might wish to keep an
eye on <http://moof.org.uk/>.
