The version of mindterm that's in Debian (1.2.1) is licensed under the
GPL. It's as simple as apt-get installing it and then popping over to
http://your.host.dom/doc/mindterm (though I usually Alias that to /ssh).

I believe that version of mindterm only does ssh v1. It doesn't bother
me too much as I only ever use the java applet to check email from a
kiosk in the mall or something.
