	From what I heard, he basically sat at home during the BSDi
buyout and waited for them to call.  He'd say "Nope, sorry, not
enough." and hang up.  They'd call back in an hour with a better
offer, and he'd consider and decline.  

	Presumably he did eventually accept.

It's possible that this event went a similar way.
