[UFO Chicago] FP: Kylix Open edition Released

Got this on another mailing list, thought you guys might like to know.

I downloaded/installed it. The catch with this version is that the software
created with it _has_ to be distributed under the GPL. Not that I have any
problem with this, but the generated apps have a little splash screen (shows
for about 1-2 seconds) saying that the app was created with Kylix and should
be under the GPL, which does bother me.
