[UFO Chicago] Colocation needs?

Hi all, 

I'm looking at the feasibility of leasing a 1.5Mbps DSL line with
multiple static IP addresses, with the intention of colocating boxen
on said connection. I could also provide local backup services to those
boxen.

Is there anyone you know who might be interested in such a service for
cheap, i.e., somewhere between $10 and $20/mo.?

I'm just curious if there is a need for such a thing.
