[sklyarov-chicago] [nick@zork.net: [CrackMonkey] US Attorney's office to meet with EFF]

If we want to continue to plan for protests for Monday the 30th, that's
fine -- but as far as I am concerned, they are contingent on how the
EFF's talks with the U.S. Attorney's office go.
What may be a good idea, when the Dmitry-specific issue blows over, is
to organize _regular_ anti-dmca demonstrations.

Representatives from the Electronic Frontier Foundation
will meet at 9:00am Pacific Time, this Friday, July 27,
with representatives from the office of the U.S. Attorney
for the Northern District of California.
EFF respectfully requests that protesters hold off
protests until after we make a good faith attempt
at negotiations aimed at dropping all charges against
Dmitry Sklyarov and securing his immediate release
from jail.
