I would patch my Win2k system if I could, but I can't.  The Code Red patch requires SP 1 to be installed.  I do
not have SP 1 installed, and Windows Update will not accept my system for some reason, so I cannot install SP
1.  (I tried the suggestions in their knowledge base, to no avail.)  If you have any suggestions on how to get
Windows Update to play nice so that I can patch my system, I'm all ears.

My Mandrake box, of course, is doing just dandy. :-)
