 respected sir
 I have successfully came out from chapter 2. while implementing saving
 space i am facing difficulty and i am getting the following messages. 
 warning:unable to initialize the initial console 
 kernel panic try passing init =option 
 
 i have checked for elf support and ramdisk. Both are configured properly
 in  my bzimage.what might be the problem.........

my kernel root filesystem is in sda5 .is this  creating this problem?
 I need help urgently..............
