[pocket-linux] Version 2.1 available for preview...

Hi Everyone,

There is an updated version of The Pocket Linux Guide available in HTML 
and PDF.  Version 2.1_preview incorporates many changes and 
typographical corrections that were brought up on this list.  Thanks go 
out to everyone who contributed suggestions.
