I use Pocket Linux on my 386-40MHz systems and would like to see Pocket
Linux continue to work on these systems if possible :)
Speaking of 650/700meg CDRWs, has anyone considered those 3 inch 180meg
"pocket-CDs"?

I haven't really thought too much about system limitations. I'm just
planning to start small and work up (similar to what the pocket linux
guide does.) I think it will take some time to figure out how to build
a full blown X-window system so the system horsepower issue may not come
up for a while. Personally, I still own a couple of P-133's with 64M
RAM so I would hope to be able to run on that platform at least as a
console-based system.

For anyone interested in taking part in the System Architect project I
have set up a project on GNU's Savannah site. Here is a brief overview
of what there is so far:
The project home page is: http://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/architect/
The mailing list will be: architect-discuss at nongnu.org although it will
take a bit of time for the automated system to create the list. If
possible I will make it so that only subscribers can post in order to
cut down on spam.
