I agree with the --disable-nls option.
David you can put some note, telling
that with someone want localizated
files, just do not use the option
--disable-nls.

David, i tested my system and see that
RH,Mandrake, Conectiva,etc. using PAM,
you was right! This is the problem!
The Bootdisk-howto give us the
solution. I think you can put some
notes too about this on PL2.
