[UFO Chicago] Gnome / Sway Update

I never heard of Sway until I heard about it here, and I still have
not seen it (maybe someone can bring it to the next in-person UFO
meeting and demonstrate it).  Does it use fewer resources than fvwm
(which up until now has been my low-usage graphical environment)?
