[UFO Chicago] NTP Servers That Don't Track You

Esteemed Colleagues:

I am looking for an NTP server (preferably, more than one) that I can
be reasonably sure does not track its clients.  So that of course
means that anything from Google or Amazon or the Federal government,
or any foreign government, is unacceptable.  The relevant excerpt from
my /etc/ntp.conf file is currently:

  server time.cloudflare.com iburst
  server ntp1.net.berkeley.edu iburst
  server ntp2.net.berkeley.edu iburst

I know that the University of California at Berkeley is a State
institution but I do not think that it is interested in tracking me,
please correct me if I am wrong.

If anyone on this mailing list has information that is relevant to
this question, I would welcome hearing it, for which I thank you in
advance.
