I also don't mind rescheduling the meeting, but did anyone actually
request it?  Or are you proposing to reschedule the meeting because
you think someone else will want to?  Even if none of us will be
watching the "Super Bowl", I do understand that if a Chicago team were
playing in it, and in danger of winning, it might be better to stay
home, because after one's home team wins an important sporting
competition, one must go out and burn down one's neighborhood.  But I
am not aware that any Chicago team will be playing in the "Super
Bowl", I think I would have heard about it if that were the case.  If
no one is requesting that the meeting date be moved, we should keep
the original date.
