If I get a followup e-mail message confirming an in-person meeting
tonight, I will be there (assuming the buses are running).  But, since
you asked if anyone has a preference, I prefer to permanently swap the
2nd-Sunday and 4th-Tuesday meetings.  I don't like staying out late on
Sundays, because the buses stop running earlier, and for other reasons
also, I prefer to go to bed early on Sunday, and stay out late on a
weekday.  This is not a weather-related preference, but, since you
asked, I prefer to meet in person this month -- and every month -- on
the 4th Tuesday.
