All the cell phone carriers suck equally. :-)

Focus on the handset and any "odd" needs like an SSH client.

Be sure the handset has a working SSH client, for example. Some don't,
last I checked...

After that, it's a question of which one has the prettier logo, or
better coverage at your house/work/gym/etc.
