[UFO Chicago] A Day That Shall Live In Infamy

December 8, 2011: a day that shall live in infamy, because on that
black day, the Appellate Court of Illinois, First District,  posted an
opinion which upheld the decision of the Cook County Circuit Court in
the case of Shachter v. City of Chicago.

Options, including an appeal to the Illinois Supreme Court (once the
appellate court opinion is officially released, which hasn't happened
