Friends, take a look at http://xkcd.com/806 -- this is exactly what I
recurringly talk about at UFO meetings whenever I come into the Golden
Nugget cursing AT&T tech support.  It hits the nail straight on the
head, as they say.  It is a perfect artistic rendition of the
experience.  I just have one small question: What is "Haiku"?
