[UFO Chicago] IDE hard drives for sale

Hey Daniel, 

You're right about used IDE drives but I figure UFO folks take care of their drives. Certainly far better than my chances on craigslist. New 250G PATA drives are about $50. Hopefully  I can score a used one for about half that. Didn't think about the online closeouts so I'll give that a try too.

Hello all,

Does anyone have any IDE drives they wanna sell ?
Anything 50G and up. The BIOS on my Fedora 11 box keeps showing me a
SMART alarm with "eminent failure" :-( I need to clone it before it
goes kaput.

You can still buy PATA hard drives in the store you know. Most used IDE
drives you're not going to want, trust me. I'd go online and buy a closeout
item.
