[UFO Chicago] Konqueror configuration

Followup to last night's discussion:

  Konqueror 3.5.7 (using KDE 3.5.7 "release 72" openSUSE 10.3)

The "Settings" menu has a menuitem called "Configure Konqeror...".
When this menuitem is selected, a window pops up which allows one to
configure "Behavior", "Appearance", "Previews & Meta-Data" and
"Performance", but nothing about getting about:plugins to give you the
full pathname of the plugin shared library.
