If it doesn't matter about the programs going down, you can forcibly 
shut off the computer and reboot with a boot CD that has a utility to 
reset the Administrator password.

I would think the only other way into the machine is through the 
network, perhaps through some security vulnerability that would let you 
in enough to reset the password. Hey, maybe if you're lucky(!) a trojan 
or bot is already in control of your computer, giving you a backdoor!
