[UFO Chicago] Looking for a web design person

Hello all (long time no see),

My sister is currently looking at starting to do some basic web design work, and has some questions about administrative/non-design side of things.  Basically, the stuff that *isn't* the actual process of making webpages.  Would any of the list denizens be willing, or know someone willing, to trade a emails with her?
