Users of free operating systems who have cable or satellite TV may be
interested in knowing that tomorrow (Thursday, July 24) morning, from
8am to 9:30am, Turner Classic Movies (TCM) will be showing "Plan 9
>From Outer Space".  You may wish to record it if you are unable to
watch it at that time, and then perhaps tomorrow night we can discuss
how this classic masterpiece of the cinematic arts led to the
operating system which bears its name.
