Huh?  Putty actually does copy/paste correctly, unlike
every other Windows program (e.g. it uses X symantics). 
It's also configurable as to what/how it behaves, at least
to some extent.

The SSH.com windows client is usable, but suffers from the
usual commercial software bloat.
