With the newer version of Acrobat, PDF is editable, just not by the
clueless, I.E. recruiters.

What's funny is that I just saw a discussion on a forum for URBAN PLANNERS
where they decided that PDF was the best format. One said that he always
asks for PDF and if they give him Word anyway, he'll just print it off
without trying to fix it no matter how mangled it looks.

Sorta funny that urban planners would be more clued into this kinda thing
than guys tasked to hire Solaris administrators. But I think part of it is
that planners tend to work in government agencies with old versions of
Microsoft tools that are more likely to badly mangle files in newer
versions. Your Word 2003 resume looks horrible when rendered on the
department's Word 97 computers.
