Haha yep - I usually have my resume in Rich Text format, but since I'm 
looking around for jobs related to Linux/Solaris administration, most 
places want it in Word format (ick).  I actually sent some people RTF 
copies (since they didn't specify a format), and responded with something 
like "please send your resume in a standard format" lol - RTF is far more 
standardized than Microsoft DOC.
