Few follow-ups from tonight's meeting:

So here's the formula for coming up with decent estimate for just about
anything.  It was started by the Navy in the 50s.

(O + 4M + P) / 6     or

TimeOptimistic + 4 times most likely + time pessimistic divided by six.


It's handy for doing estimates.  Most of the time the first estimate that
comes to mind is totally optimistic.  The act of thinking of what might go
wrong is pretty helpful.

To rebuild your kernel on FreeBSD, check out /usr/src/UPDATING (scroll down
to below 2000 for the kernel build instructions).  If you haven't, be sure
to run 'cvsup' first (man cvsup first).
