[UFO Chicago] mailing list programs

Any suggestions on mailing list managers?  I'm thinking of
stuff like Majordomo (which I've used), and Mailman (which
I haven't).

Having said that, I am looking to relocate a mailing list
from eGroups/YahooGroups, and would like to keep some of
their more useful features.  Namely:  a web archive of the
list traffic, and web interface for users to their
settings.

I don't mind using one program for handing the mailing
list, and different one to manage the archives, but I have
noticed that sometimes the archival programs can miss
email...this is exactly what we are trying to get away
from. :-/
