[UFO Chicago] CPU fans.

So I have a bunch of CPU fans that, quite seriously, make
crunching noises when they spin.  Obviously, I'd like to
replace them.

They are made by Adda, with part number AD0412HB-C56. 
These are 40mm x 40mm x 20mm, run on 12Vdc, draw .1A, and
have a tach sensor.  I can buy exact replacements for about
$12.50, but given that out of about 25 of these, 2 have
failed, and the rest are on their way, I am open to other
brands as well.

Suggestions?
