Is that an E250, or an Ultra250? :-)  The E250s have dual
400MHz (or thereabout) chips, and I think only ran Solaris.

I'll admit though, I don't know a thing about Ultra250s. 

E250s make good web servers IME, and have 6 SCSI drive bays
(plus floppy/CDROM) for lots of storage.
