[UFO Chicago] Domain contact info

Here's an interesting question...

How do I get the contact information for the owner of a .ws domain? 
That's not part of the InterNIC whois database.  SamSpade.org (shown to
me by Nate, very cool) managed to locate the registrant's name, but no
contact info.  The domain is not currently active at all, so there's no
webmaster@, root@, etc. that I could try and use.  Any other
suggestions?

Why do I ask?  Because if he's not going to do anything with
garfield.ws, goddammnit I want to! :-)
