[UFO Chicago] Domain Name Registrar offering URL and e-mail forwarding?

Hello UFO Folks:

I'm looking for an inexpensive domain name registrar that
provides URL forwarding and e-mail forwarding, preferably
included in the cost of registration.  Any recommendations?
