Rob has a good point -- make menuconfig or make xconfig is good for
this.

Right. Just make sure that you leave a stable kernel entry in your
lilo.conf to fall back to if you need to.
Robert, it would be good for you to at least make sure that your box
is capable of compiling a kernel before tomorrow night, because if you
don't have all the tools, we won't be able to take care of that for
you at George's.
