[UFO Chicago] area code database?

Does anyone know of a flat-file greppable database of area codes? 
Something that would lend itself to grep/awk script search like:

   area 505

and return

   505 New Mexico (NM): Albuquerque, Roswell, Carlsbad, Santa Fe

or "area chicago" and have it return

   312 Illinois (IL): Chicago
   773 Illinois (IL): Chicago

A lot of times I have an area code but no city or address, or I need 
to know what area codes cover a given city or state. I have such a 
database now, but it's 7 years out of date. Anything more current 
available?
