[UFO Chicago] qmail configuration

Does anyone here use qmail?  I'm having problems getting it to relay
mail sent from scripts on localhost.  When I try, I get:
553, "sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)"

/etc/tcp.smtp contains:
127.:allow,RELAYCLIENT=""

Which I think is what's supposed to do the magic.  But it isn't :-(

PS: Jordan can feel free to rant on about how DJB's packages are really
confusing to configure, and he has a stupid license that doesn't allow
people to fix his problems.  Coding style I haven't yet encountered,
though.
