Yes, totally new setup.  XFree86 4 got rid of all the different servers
for different hardware and now has a single xserver that loads the
appropriate driver, and the server is simply called XFree86.  The configs
are really different, too.

For future reference, XFree86 4.1 is also in Debian testing.  The main
packages are:

xfree86-common xserver-xfree86 xserver-common xlibs xbase-clients xfont-*

I would assume they have the same names in unstable, but I don't know that
for a fact.
