I have a lot of hits from wcs3-cbus.nipr.mil in my apache logs, but
they're all with "Mozilla/3.01 (compatible;)" and they're all for my IRC
stats pages for #kuro5hin.

Then again, I just noticed the dates: mostly in Feb, and June of this
year. Nothing since July 22...
