[UFO Chicago] Telocity Update

Telocity has notified Jeff Lundblad (who is in my neighborhood) that
no other "last-mile" providers are stepping up to take our lines, so
that effective Sept. 10th, our accounts and connections will
disappear.

I'm going to contact speakeasy right now and order a 384 SDSL, and
upgrade if that becomes useful or feasible in the future.
