[UFO Chicago] telephone wiring

I live in McHenry, so it is prolly a long haul 4 U Nick, but thanks for the
offer.  

I got it done (well... it works.)  Took a modular splitter, modified it to
fit into my surge protector (very importante, seen modem chips exploded from
the storms in McHenry). I had more pre-made (cat-6, nice huh!) cable than
phone wire, so from the modular splitter it goes:

5ft 4wire telephone cord -> RJ-45 coupler -> 25ft pretty blue cat-6 -> RJ-45
coupler -> 5ft 4wire telephone cord -> modem.

Major trip hazard in the family room! (And I pull cable for a living... what
a disgrace, PRETTY LAZY!)
