Dunno, Jo, er, damn, no one else to pass the buck to. :-)

Students can't reserve rooms, but I'm certain we can get  professor to do it for
us if we ask.

Although, to be honest, I'm not sure what getting together to write letters would
accomplish.  Such letters should be typed, and then sent snail mail or faxed.
Unless we meet in a computer lab or everyone has a laptop, that would be rather
difficult.
